Refund Policy

Please note that all sales and orders placed through this website or directly with Aero Drum Ltd are final. Under no circumstances and in no event shall any refunds be issued once an order has been confirmed or a purchase has been made.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, the purchaser/client is solely responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, and any additional local taxes imposed by the destination country. Aero Drum Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Delays in customs clearance or failure to pay these duties are entirely the client's responsibility, and will not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refunds.

Product Quality & Client Responsibility

At Aero Drum Ltd, we are committed to manufacturing reliable, high-quality Blimps, Aerostats, and custom LTA (Lighter-Than-Air) systems. We adhere to all legally prescribed safety measures and regulations, implementing rigorous internal standards to ensure product safety.

However, the operation and utilization of any Blimp or system purchased through this website remain solely the responsibility of the end client.

Purchasers are strictly required to register their LTA aircraft in the destination country if mandated by local legislation. Aero Drum Ltd strongly emphasizes the necessity of full compliance with all local laws, aviation regulations, and guidelines governing the use of our products.
